摘 要:采用超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱(UPLC-QTOF-MS)及气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法对姜黄提取物进行系统的化学成分表征,并依据ChP 2020年版一部采用UV和HPLC法对其中主要活性成分姜黄素类化合物进行全面质量评价。结果显示,UPLC-QTOF-MS法共鉴别出44种化合物,其中28个姜黄类、10个倍半萜、6个其他类;GC-MS法鉴别出9种挥发性成分。10批姜黄提取物的定量分析结果表明,姜黄素类化合物是其中的主要成分,含量约65%。本研究较全面地反映了姜黄提取物的化学物质基础,为其相关制剂质量控制与临床合理应用提供了数据参考。The ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF-MS)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)methods were applied to systematically characterize the chemical constituents of turmeric extract.Based on Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition)VolumeⅠ,the quality control of curcuminoids in turmeric extracts was performed by UV and HPLC methods.The results showed that 44 components(including 28 curcuminoids,10 sesquiterpenes and 6 others)and 9 volatiles were identified by UPLC-QTOF MS and GC-MS,respectively.The results of quantitative analysis indicated curcumins were main components in extracts,which accounted for 65%among 10 batches.The significance of this study was to comprehensively reveal the chemical constituents of turmeric extract,which provided essential data for quality control and clinical application of the pharmaceutical dosage forms of turmeric extracts.
