摘　　要：胰十二指肠切除术是当今较为复杂的手术之一,至今仍是治疗胰头及壶腹周围癌的标准术式。而胰十二指肠切除术后出血是胰十二指肠切除术后的并发症之一,虽然发生率不高,但较为严重,甚至危及生命。本文总结了胰十二指肠切除术后出血的原因、危险因素、诊断、治疗及预防等研究进展。Pancreaticoduodenectomy is one of the most complex surgeries,which remains the standard procedure for cancers located at the pancreatic head and periampullary area.Despite with a low incidence,post-pancreaticoduodenectomy hemorrhage is still a major concern or even life-threatening postoperative complication.This article aims to revisit the etiology,risk factors,diagnosis,prevention and treatment of post-pancreaticoduodenectomy hemorrhage.
