面向档案事业现代化的我国综合型档案服务企业管理模式分析

摘　　要：在当前国家高度重视数字化、信息化发展的战略背景下,档案服务企业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。本文通过对六家具有代表性的档案服务企业进行深入研究,提炼出分析综合型档案服务企业管理模式的八个维度,分别是价值主张、战略选择、价值网络、发展资源、关键活动、内部管理、经济效益和社会效益,发现基于价值要素的综合型档案服务企业管理模式大致可分为价值引领型、战略驱动型以及关系依赖型三种模式,并提出针对综合型档案服务企业的管理建议,以期为我国档案服务事业现代化发展提供参考。Under the current strategic background that the state attaches great importance to the development of digitization and informationization,archive service enterprises have ushered in unprecedented development opportunities.Through an in-depth study of six representative archive service enterprises,this paper extracts eight dimensions for analyzing the management mode of comprehensive archive service enterprises,which are value proposition,strategic choice,value network,development resources,key activities,internal management,economic and social benefits,and finds that the management mode of comprehensive archive service enterprises based on the elements of value can be broadly classified into three modes,namely,value-led,strategy-driven and relationshipdependent,and puts forward management suggestions for the modernization of China's archive service business.It is found that the management modes of comprehensive archive service enterprises based on value elements can be broadly classified into value-led,strategy-driven and relation ship-dependent modes.
