摘　　要：文章采取线上和线下相结合的方式对省级综合档案馆微信公众号用户进行半结构化访谈,并借助扎根理论探索省级综合档案馆微信公众号用户使用意向的影响因素。通过整合访谈资料、完成三级编码工作,构建出省级综合档案馆微信公众号用户使用意向的影响因素模型。分析结果显示,用户因素、媒体质量因素和环境因素是影响省级综合档案馆微信公众号用户使用意向的主要因素。基于以上分析,文章从内容、用户需求、媒体质量和宣传四个方面提出改进建议,以期提升用户使用意向。Through semi-structured interviews online and offline with the users of the WeChat public accounts of provincial comprehensive Archives,this paper explores the influencing factors of user intention for WeChat public accounts of the provincial comprehensive Archives on the basis of grounded theory.This paper constructed the influential factors model of user intention for WeChat public accounts of provincial comprehensive Archives by integrating interview materials and completing the three-level coding research.The results show that user factors,media quality factors and environmental factors are the main factors are the main factors of user intention for WeChat public accounts of the provincial comprehensive Archives.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions for improvement from four aspects:content,media quality,users'demand and propagandism in order to enhance user intention.
