摘　　要：本文旨在探讨档案数据要素与发展新质生产力之间的融合逻辑和价值体现,探寻基于新发展理念,推进高质量创新发展下的档案数据要素融合对推进经济和社会可持续发展的实际作用。档案数据作为记载历史变化和社会进程的重要资源,其有效利用对于新发展理念的精准施行至关重要。研究采用全面的分析框架,深入考察档案数据在历史和社会文化领域的价值及应用潜力,最大化其社会效益和经济效益。研究认为,目前关于档案数据要素融合来促进新质生产力的发展仍处于探索阶段。通过持续深入的理论与实践探索,能够更有效地挖掘档案数据的价值,成为融入和发展新质生产力的活跃因素。未来应持续聚焦档案数据要素与新质生产力之间的交互与融合,形成档案事业与社会各项事业深度融合共促高质量发展的新生态。This article aims to explore the integration logic and value em bodiment between archival data elements and the development of new quality productivity,and to explore the practical role of archival data element integration under the concept of"Facing the new development concept,promoting high-quality innovation development"in promoting sustainable economic and social development.As an important resource for recording historical changes and social processes,the effective utilization of archival data is crucial for the precise implementation of new development concepts.The study adopts a comprehensive analytical framework to thoroughly examine the value and potential applications of archival data in the historical and socio-cultural fields,maximizing its social and economic benefits.Research suggests that the integration of archival data elements to promote the development of new quality productivity is still in the exploratory stage.Through continuous and in-depth theoretical and practical exploration,the value of archival data can be more effectively tapped,becoming an active factor in integrating and developing new quality productivity.In the future,we will continue to focus on the interaction and integration between archival data elements and new quality productivity,forming a new ecology of deep integration between archival undertakings and various social undertakings to promot e high-quality development.
