基层减负背景下基层档案中心在档案规范化中的效用研究

摘　　要：随着国家对“基层减负”政策的深入推进,档案工作作为基层治理的关键环节,其规范化建设显得尤为迫切。在明确基层档案工作在减负过程中阻碍因素的基础上,提出档案规范化的具体作用路径。并以基层档案中心为核心,探讨如何通过社区、行政部门和居民三方的协同联动,充分发挥档案规范化的效用,以实现档案资源的高效利用,提升基层治理的质量和效率,为基层减负提供创新思路和实践方案。With the in-depth implementation of the national'Grassroots burden reduction'policy,the standardization of archival work,as a critical component of grassroots governance,has become increasingly urgent.By identifying the obstructive factors in the process of burden reduction in grassroots archival work,specific pathways for the standardization of Archives are proposed.Focusing on grassroots archive centers,the study explores how the coordinated efforts of communities,administrative departments,and residents can maximize the efficacy of archival standardization.The aim is to achieve efficient utilization of archival resources,enhance the quality and efficiency of grassroots governance,and provide innovative ideas and practical solutions for reducing burdens at the grassroots level.
