摘 要:氢能产业在新材料技术研发、新业态模式创造、新能源形式拓展方面具有全面引领能力,是新质生产力的典型代表。本文首先指出氢能产业的战略价值,分析了氢能产业的发展现状;其次,基于三方演化博弈模型,探讨了政府、学研机构与企业间的策略博弈,构建了演化博弈收益矩阵。进一步,提出了加快氢能产业发展的可行路径,以领军型龙头企业为“核心”,以众多专精特新企业为“壳”,打造“核壳型”氢能产业生态。本文研究可以为氢能产业发展提供实际参考。The hydrogen energy industry has a comprehensive leading ability in the research and development of new materials technology,the creation of new business models and the expansion of new energy forms,and is a typical representative of new quality productivity.First,this paper highlights the strategic value of hydrogen energy industry,and then analyzes the current development status of hydrogen energy industry.Second,based on the tripartite evolution game model,it explores the strategy game among government,academic research institutions and enterprises,and constructs the evolution game payoff matrix.Furthermore,it puts forward a feasible path to accelerate the development of hydrogen energy industry,with leading enterprises as the“core”,with many specialized and new enterprises as the“shell”,to create a“core shell”hydrogen energy industry ecology.The research can provide practical references for the development of hydrogen energy industry.
