摘  要:文章聚焦于舞蹈编创的个性化与陌生化理论,旨在探讨二者在舞蹈编创中的交互作用与实践路径。文章认为,传统的人才培养与艺术实践模式对艺术创作思维的个性化发展形成制约,而陌生化理论的引入可作为突破传统束缚、激发创造性思维的策略。通过对经典舞蹈作品的陌生化分析以及环境编舞、身体标号、接触限制等编创方法的使用,文章揭示了如何通过艺术实践中的“视觉惊奇”的培养,进而形成陌生化认知,推动个性化编创。This paper focuses on the theories of personalization and estrangement in dance choreography,aiming to explore the interplay and practical pathways between the two in the creation of dance.It argues that traditional talent cultivation and artistic practice modes constrain the personalized development of artistic creative thinking,while the introduction of estrangement theory can serve as a strategy to break traditional constraints and stimulate creative thinking.Through an estrangement analysis of classic dance works and the use of choreographic methods such as environmental choreography,body notation,and contact limitations,the article reveals how cultivating “visual surprises” in artistic practice can lead to estranged cognition and promote personalized choreography.
