摘 要:以公共性为底色的舆论,是社会耗散结构中的重要反馈渠道,在反映民心民意的过程中释放出巨大的社会能量。当下舆论生态环境所依托的公共空间发生了显著变化,在此情境下有必要深入研究舆论的价值问题,追问舆论的“应然状态”,探究如何以舆论推动社会公共利益。舆论价值研究以舆论活动中的价值现象、价值活动为直接研究对象,以舆论的价值理论体系为学理研究对象,基于价值哲学视角,对舆论的价值进行了较为系统的梳理,从本体论角度分析了舆论的价值内涵、本质、要素与类型;从认识论角度展开了舆论的价值评价研究;并落地于实践,从方法论的角度总结了舆论的价值实现问题。Public opinion,with publicity as the bottom color,is the important feedback system in the social dissipative structure,which releases huge social energy in the process of reflecting public opinion.Presently,the public space on which the public opinion ecological environment relies has changed significantly.In this context,it is necessary to deeply study the value of public opinion,clear the “ought to be” of public opinion,and explore how to promote social public interests with public opinion.The research on the value of public opinion takes the specific value phenomenon in public opinion activities as the direct research object,and the value theory system of public opinion as the theoretical research object.Based on the perspective of value philosophy,the study analyzes the value connotation,essence,elements and types of public opinion from the angle of ontology,then explores the value evaluation of public opinion from the angle of epistemology,finally summarizes the value realization of public opinion from the angle of methodology.
