摘 要:为解决泵站不良流态导致的水泵振动、运行效率不高的问题,基于几何相似、水流运动相似和动力相似准则建立了水工物理模型,并基于模型分析现状泵站不良流态产生的原因。结合泵站基本情况,提出了改造导流墙、新增导流墩及消涡板的改进措施。经过模型验证,措施实施后,水流条件得到改善,涡流基本消失,流速均匀度提升20%,降低了水泵振动的风险,可为其他同类泵站改造提供参考依据。To address issues of pump vibration and low operational efficiency caused by poor flow patterns in pump stations,a hydraulic physical model was established based on the principles of geometric similarity,flow motion similarity,and dynamic similarity.The model was used to analyze the causes of poor flow patterns in the existing pump station.Considering the pump station’s conditions,improvement measures were proposed,including the modification of guide walls,addition of guide piers,and installation of vortex suppressors.Model validation showed that after implementing these measures,flow conditions improved,vortex formation was nearly eliminated,flow velocity uniformity increased by 20%,and the risk of pump vibration was reduced.These findings can provide a reference for retrofitting similar pump stations.
