摘  要:为考察沸石鞣剂对白湿革鞣后湿整理性能的影响,以沸石鞣白湿革为研究对象,以坯革的收缩温度、柔软度及物理机械性能为关键评价指标,采用正交设计法对沸石鞣剂用量、复鞣时间及终点pH值进行了优化。试验结果表明,当沸石鞣剂用量为5%、鞣制时间为60min且终点pH值控制在4.2-4.5时,湿整理后坯革的收缩温度超过75℃、柔软度达到4级以上,并具有较好的物理机械性能。这为沸石鞣白湿革的湿态染整提供了一种新思路。To investigate the effect of zeolite tanning agent on the wet finishing performance of wet white after tanning,zeolite tanned wet white was taken as the research object,and the shrinkage temperature,softness,and physical and mechanical properties of the crust leather were used as key evaluation indicators.Orthogonal design method was used to optimize the dosage of zeolite tanning agent,retanning time and endpoint pH value.The experimental results show that when the dosage of zeolite tanning agent is 5%,the tanning time is 60 minutes,and the endpoint pH value is controlled at 4.2~4.5,the shrinkage temperature of the wet finished crust leather exceeds 75℃,the softness reaches level 4 or above,and it has good physical and mechanical properties.This provides a new approach for wet dyeing and finishing of zeolite tanned wet white.
