摘 要:GIS设备在安装过程中外部温度环境复杂多变,对其安装定位偏差及构件内力有着不可忽略的影响,将造成安装完成状态与设计状态的较大差异。依托某实际变电站工程,结合工程所在地的温度环境,建立4种不同的温度变化工况,采用基于时变力学的生死单元法对GIS设备安装过程进行有限元仿真分析,研究安装过程温度效应对结构位移及应力的影响。仿真结果表明:安装过程中的环境温度变化对GIS设备间隔位移偏差产生累积效应,位移偏差将会影响安装中定位需求;设备支座采用螺栓连接,刚度较小,在温度效应明显时无法协调上部结构和下部支架的变形;安装过程中随温度变化,筒体应力相应变化但应力值较小,螺栓内力相对较大,安全余量较小。研究结果将为GIS设备结构的安装环境控制和结构优化奠定基础。The complex and variable external environment temperature in the installation process of GIS has a non⁃negligible impact on the installation positioning deviation and internal forces of structure part,causing a large differ⁃ence between the complete installation state and the design state.Based on an actual substation project and in combi⁃nation with the local temperature environment of the project,four different temperature variation conditions are set up.The birth and death element method based on the time⁃varying mechanics is adopted for the finite element simula⁃tion analysis of the installation process of GIS and the influence of temperature effect on structural displacements and stress during the installation process is studied.The simulation results show that the temperature variation in the in⁃stallation process has a cumulative effect on the displacement deviation of GIS bays,and the displacement deviation will affect the installation positioning requirements.The base is connected by the bolt with less rigidity which,in case of significant temperature effect,has no way to coordinate the deformation of the upper structure and the lower frame.With the temperature variation during the installation period,the stress of the enclosure varies corresponding⁃ly but with small stress value,relative large internal force of bolt and small safety margin.The study result will lay the foundation for control of installation environment structure optimization for the GIS structure.
