摘 要:凝露是造成开关柜故障的主要原因之一,针对高压开关柜内部凝露问题,文中以KYN28A⁃12型开关柜为研究对象,建立了基于有限体积法的开关柜凝露数值仿真模型,得到了稳态情况下开关柜内部的温湿度场分布,分析了环境温度、环境相对湿度、负荷电流变化对开关柜内部温湿度及凝露的影响,讨论了开关柜内部凝露机理。结果表明:开关柜内部呈现载流导体温度高,触头盒、断路器外壳表面温度低、相对湿度大的特点;柜内温度下降约12 K时,相对湿度增加至饱和,凝露形成;环境湿度升高及负荷电流变化,短时间柜内无凝露产生。Condensation is one of the main causes of failure of switchgear.Aiming at the internal condensation of high⁃voltage switchgear,type KYN28A⁃12 switchgear cabinet is taken as the research object in this paper,a condensation numerical simulation model of switchgear based on finite volume method is set up.The temperature and humidity field distribution inside the switchgear under steady⁃state conditions is obtained.The influence of ambient tempera⁃ture,ambient relative humidity and load current change on the temperature and humidity distribution and condensa⁃tion inside the switchgear is analyzed and the condensation mechanism inside the switchgear cabinet is discussed.The results indicate that the inside of the switchgear shows such characteristic as high temperature of the current⁃car⁃rying conductor,low surface temperature of the contact box and the circuit breaker enclosure,and high relative hu⁃midity.When the temperature in the cabinet is decreased by about 12 K,the relative humidity is increased to satura⁃tion and condensation is formed.The environmental humidity increases and the load current changes,no condensa⁃tion is generated in the switchgear for a short time.
