摘  要:换流变压器阀侧套管内部混入金属颗粒、电容芯体产生裂纹是目前常见的故障,研究套管在不同电压下的电场分布规律以及缺陷对电场分布的影响对于套管的优化设计及故障分析具有重要意义。文中以±800 kV特高压换流变压器套管为原型,建立了±72.5 kV环氧浸纸电容式套管仿真模型,计算套管在交直流电压下的电位分布和电场分布,并研究了两种缺陷对于套管电场的影响。结果表明套管含金属颗粒或裂纹缺陷时,对于电场的畸变影响较大。研究结果为后续缩比套管模型不同缺陷局部放电试验的分析提供了基础,并为环氧浸纸电容式套管的优化设计提供参考。Metal particles mixed into the bushing on the valve side of the converter transformer and cracks in the ca⁃pacitor core are common faults at present.The research on electric field distribution of the bushing under different voltages and the influence of defects on the electric field distribution are of great significance to the optimization de⁃sign and failure analysis of the bushing.In this paper,the±800 kV UHV converter transformer bushing is taken as a prototype,a±72.5 kV epoxy⁃impregnated paper capacitive bushing simulation model is set up,the potential and elec⁃tric field distribution of the bushing under AC and DC voltage is calculated,and the influence of two defects on the electric field is researched.The results show that the bushing,in case of containing metal particles or crack defects,has a greater influence on the distortion of the electric field.The research results not only provide a basis for the sub⁃sequent analysis of partial discharge tests of different defects in the scaled bushing model,but also provide a refer⁃ence for the optimal design of epoxy⁃impregnated paper capacitive bushing.
