摘  要:局部放电检测技术是开关柜绝缘检测的有效手段之一。文中采用暂态地电压法、空气式超声波法、特高频法和红外热成像检测法对一起35 kV开关柜的绝缘缺陷进行检测,结合其放电图谱及特性判定开关柜母线室内发生多处沿面放电。通过开关柜停电解体检查发现,柜顶的散热铁丝网因盐雾腐蚀锈蚀严重,母线室内绝缘件表面附着的铁锈和盐分致使母线绝缘水平严重降低。为防止类似缺陷的发生,建议沿海地区的变电站应严控高压室室内环境,并常态化开展局部放电检测;在开关柜设计阶段,应增强柜体防盐雾腐蚀性能,且柜顶严禁设置直通式风道。Partial discharge detection technology is one of the effective means of insulation detection of switchgear cabinet.In this paper,an insulation defect of 35 kV switchgear cabinet is detected by using such methods as tran⁃sient earth voltage(TEV),air ultrasonic wave,ultra⁃high frequency(UHF)and infrared thermal imaging.The sur⁃face discharge at multiple places inside the busbar compartment of the switchgear cabinet is judged in combination with its discharge pattern and characteristic.It is found through power off and disassembly of the switchgear cabinet that the heat⁃dissipating wire mesh on the top of the cabinet is severely corroded due to the salt mist.And the rust and salinity attached to the surface of the insulating part cause a serious reduction of insulation level of the busbar.For preventing the occurrence of similar defects,it is suggested that the indoor environmental conditions of the high⁃volt⁃age room of substations located in the coastal areas need to be strictly controlled,and partial discharge detection shall be performed regularly.In the design stage of the switchgear cabinet,the salt mist corrosion resistance perfor⁃mance shall be strengthened,and the straight⁃through air ducts on the top of the cabinet shall be strictly prohibited.
