扶阳医学“六经-五脏次第”辨治体系阐释

摘　　要：该文梳理扶阳医学源流,指出扶阳医学发端于刘沅的“后天返先天”道家治疗观念,博采郑钦安伤寒气化理论以及卢铸之五行生克制化理论的精华,将二者精髓融入自身,最终总结形成了“人身立命在于以火立极,治病立法在于以火消阴,病在阳者扶阳抑阴,病在阴者用阳化阴”的治疗原则。笔者根据自身的临证经验,结合扶阳医学治病立法在于温补坎中一阳的核心思想,提出扶阳医学“六经-五脏次第”辨治体系,认为临证应遵循三步法,即第一步开太阳以宣肺气,第二步奠中宫以疏肝理脾,第三步火立极以交通心肾,扶助坎中的阳气,使人体恢复“阴阳和”的状态。By tracing the origins of Yang-nourishing medicine,this paper pointed out that Yang-nourishing medicine originated from LIU Yuan's Taoist healing concept of"returning to the physical and mental state of the life beginning(rejuvenation)",and by integrating the essences of ZHENG Qinan's theory on Qi transformation of cold induced diseases and LU Zhuzhi's theory on the mutual generation,restraint and transformation of five elements,Yang-nourishing medicine finally summarizes and forms its own treatment principle,which is"the foundation of one's life lies in establishing the supremacy of fire,and the principles of treating diseases lie in using fire to balance Yin:for the disease is due to the damage of Yang,support Yang and suppress Yin,and for the disease is due to the damage of Yin,transform Yang into Yin".Based on his own clinical experience and the core idea of treatment principle of Yang-nourishing medicine,nourishing the Yang,the author proposed a six meridians-five Zang organs sequence syndrome differentiation process within the frame of Yang-nourishing medicine.The author believes that clinical practice should follow a threestep approach:first,dredging the Taiyang meridian to smooth lung Qi;second,stabilizing the upper abdomen to regulate the liver and spleen;third,strengthening the fire to connect the heart and kidney and supporting the Yang Qi in Kan,so that to restore the human body to the state of"Yin and Yang balance".
