基于德尔菲法的急诊心肌梗死患者抢救护理质量评价指标体系的构建及应用

摘　　要：目的基于德尔菲法的急诊心肌梗死(AMI)患者抢救护理质量评价指标体系的构建以及临床应用。方法选取阜外华中心血管病医院2022年3月-10月急诊科收治的600例急性AMI患者。采用数字随机表法随机分成两组,对照组与研究组各300例,对照组中采取常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上应用急诊AMI抢救护理质量评价指标体系,比较两组抢救时间及成功率。结果研究组分诊评估时间与抢救时间均显著少于对照组(t=17.932、37.790,P<0.05);研究组成功率明显高于对照组(χ^(2)=38.298,P<0.05)。结论德尔菲法构建的AMI抢救护理评价体系,显著提升了护理规范性、执行力度、抢救成功率及患者满意度,对急诊护理发展有积极贡献。Objective To construct an evaluation index system for the quality of rescue care for patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction(AMI)based on the Delphi method and its clinical application.Methods 600 AMI patients admitted to the Emergency Department of Fuwai Central China Cardiovascular Hospital from March to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,300 cases each in the control group and the study group,using the digital random table method.The control group took routine care,and the study group applied the emergency AMI rescue care quality evaluation index system on the basis of the control group.The resuscitation time and success rate of the two groups were compared.Results The study group’s triage evaluation time and rescue time were significantly shorter than those of the control group(t=17.932,37.790,P<0.05).The success rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ^(2)=38.298,P<0.05).Conclusion The AMI Resuscitation Nursing Evaluation System constructed with the Delphi method significantly improved nursing standardisation,execution,resuscitation success rate and patient satisfaction,and contributed positively to the development of emergency nursing.
