摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平对领导干部家庭家教家风建设作出了一系列重要论述,强调领导干部家庭家教家风建设在国家发展、民族进步、社会和谐中的基础作用。其核心要义为:家庭是社会和谐的重要支点;品德教育是家庭教育的重要内容;家风建设是作风建设的重要内容。其呈现出人民性与时代性相结合、继承性与创新性相结合、示范性与指导性相结合的时代特征。领导干部家庭家教家风建设要加强家庭文明制度建设,强化公仆意识;加强家庭教育,遵循美德教化原理;加强家风建设,推进领导干部政治道德建设。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has made a series of important statements on the construction of family education and family style for leading cadres,emphasizing the fundamental role of family education and family ethics construction for leading cadres in national development,ethnic progress,and social harmony.The core essence is that the family is an important pivot for social harmony;Moral education is an important part of family education;Family tradition construction is an important part of work style construction.It presents the characteristics of the times that combine populism with contemporaneity,inheritance with innovation,and demonstration with guidance.The construction of family education and family style for leading cadres should strengthen the construction of family civilization system and enhance the awareness of public servants,strengthen family education and follow the principle of moral education,strengthen the construction of family style and promote the political and moral development of leading cadres.
