摘　　要：探究产品质量认证的技术扩散作用对于提高农户绿色生产技术采用水平具有重要意义。文中基于陕西和四川省1189户猕猴桃种植户微观调研数据,实证检验了产品质量认证对农户绿色生产技术采用行为的影响。研究发现:1)产品质量认证对农户绿色生产技术采用水平具有显著的促进作用,并且其促进效果随着农户技术采用水平的提升不断减弱,呈现“边际效用递减”特征。2)产品质量认证的技术采用水平提升效应是通过经济激励、生产规制和组织支持来实现。3)有机认证对农户技术采用水平提升的促进作用最大,绿色食品认证次之,农产品地理标识认证最小。4)参与三项认证对农户技术采用水平提升的促进作用远远大于参与一项和参与两项。5)产品质量认证对不同人力资本和社会关系组农户技术采用水平提升的促进作用存在显著差异。据此,建议政府对产品质量认证主体给予更多的政策支持与帮扶,进一步发挥产品质量认证激励农户绿色生产技术采用的内生动力作用。Exploring the technology diffusion effect of product quality certification is of great significance for improving the level of green production technology(GPT) adoption by farmers.Based on the micro research data of 1189 kiwifruit farmers in Shaanxi and Sichuan provinces,we empirically examined the impact of product quality certification on the performance of GPT adoption by farmers.The main findings are as follows:After considering the endogeneity problem,product quality certification still plays a significant role in promoting farmer's adoption of GPT.The influencing mechanism is that the product quality certification drives the enhancement of farmer's adoption of GPT level mainly through economic incentives,production regulation and organizational support.Organic certification has the greatest effect on the improvement of farmers' adoption of GPT level,followed by green food certification,and geographical identification certification is the least.Participation in three certifications has a much greater promoting effect on the improvement of farmers' GPT adoption than participation in one and two certifications.There are significant differences in different human capital and social relationship groups.Based on the above findings,it is suggested that the government should provide more policy support and assistance to the bodies responsible for product quality certification,further harnessing the role of product quality certification in incentivizing farmers to adopt GPT.
