高校网上办事大厅建设问题探析与应对策略研究

摘　　要：数字校园建设是推动教育数字化战略行动的重要举措,网上办事大厅是数字化校园建设的重要表现形式。高校网上办事大厅利用信息技术破除业务壁垒,通过改造和优化管理与服务,有效提升高校的信息服务能力和业务治理水平。文章结合工作实践,概括了高校网上办事大厅的价值内涵,梳理分析了当前高校在网上办事大厅建设中遇到的问题,系统阐述了建设中关于总体规划设计、业务流程创建、技术融合应用等问题的应对策略和解决路径,对高校网上办事大厅的建设与运营具有一定的指导作用。Digital campus construction is an important measure to promote the strategic action of education digitization,and online office hall is an important form of digital campus construction.College online office hall using information technology to break down business barriers,through the transformation and optimization of management and service,effectively improve the university’s information service ability and business governance level.Combined with the work practice,this paper summarizes the value connotation of the online service hall in colleges and universities,analyzes the common problems encountered in the construction of the online service hall in colleges and universities,and systematically expounds the countermeasures and solutions to the problems in the construction of the overall planning and design,business process creation,technology integration and application.It has guiding and referential significance for the construction and operation management of the online office hall in colleges and universities.
