摘 要:新质生产力以科技创新为核心,强调低投入、低污染和低消耗,追求高附加值、高经济效率和高社会效益。高校作为科技人才培养的重要基地,肩负着培养适应新质生产力发展需求的高素质科技人才的重任。本研究旨在分析新质生产力与高校科技人才培养的理论关联,并针对高校科技人才培养的现状和问题提出建议和措施,以期为高校科技人才培养提供理论支持和实践指导。The new quality productivity is centered on scientific and technological innovation,emphasizing low investment,low pollution and low consumption,pursuing high value-added,high economic efficiency and high social benefits.As an important base for the training of scientific and technological talents,universities take the heavy responsibility of training high-quality scientific and technological talents that adapt to the needs of new productivity development for the society.This study aims to analyze the characteristics and development trends of new productive productivity and the cultivation of scientific and technological talents in universities.Combining the current status and problems of the training of scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities,the author puts forward targeted suggestions and measures in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the training of scientific and technological talents in universities.
