摘　　要：我国西藏自治区遗存有丰富的反映各民族“三交”历史的档案,这些档案大多散存于国内外相关政府部门、文化机构或个人手中。依托西藏自治区各级档案馆,开展西藏“三交”历史档案多元化征集工作,有利于归集散存档案,构建西藏“三交”专题档案资源体系。通过阐述西藏“三交”历史档案内涵与外延、资源特征、征集思想与价值意义,分析了档案多元化征集滞后的原因,并提出了西藏“三交”历史档案多元化征集方法。通过这些方法,可汇集散存档案,构建西藏“三交”历史记忆,为服务中华民族共同体建设提供档案资源条件。China’s Tibet Autonomous Region preserves a rich collection of historical archives reflecting the interactions,exchanges,and integration among all ethnic groups.Most of these archives are scattered and held by relevant government departments,cultural institutions,or individuals both domestically and internationally.Leveraging the archives at various levels in the Tibet Autonomous Region,conducting diversified collection efforts for historical archives related to Tibet’s interactions,exchanges,and integration is conducive to gathering these scattered archives and establishing a specialized archival resource system on Tibet’s ethnic interactions and integration.By elucidating the connotation and extension,resource characteristics,collection ideas,and value significance of the historical archives on Tibet’s ethnic interactions and integration,this analysis explores the reasons behind the lag in diversified archive collection and proposes methods for diversified collection of these historical archives.Through these methods,scattered archives can be gathered to construct a historical memory of Tibet’s ethnic interactions and integration,providing archival resource conditions to serve the construction of the Chinese national community.
