摘　　要：档案法治建设是推动档案事业科学发展的重要举措,也是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求,是档案领域在新时代背景下的主动转型和积极作为。推进档案法治建设,必须深刻把握档案法治建设在数字时代、依法治国和档案实践中的现实语境,辨析其在坚定人民立场、坚守法治理念、坚持实践导向方面的革新方向。为了深化档案法治建设,应完善档案法律体系,优化档案治理框架;树立多元共治理念,塑造档案共治格局;创新档案法治形式,融入市场经济元素。The construction of archival legal system is a key measure to promote the scientific development of the archival industry,and it is also an inevitable requirement to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.It is an active transformation and action in the archival field in the new era.To promote the construction of the rule of law in archives,it is necessary to deeply grasp the practical context of the construction of the rule of law in archives in the digital age,rule of law,and archival practice,and analyze its innovative direction of firmly adhering to the people’s position,adhering to the concept of the rule of law,and adhering to the practice orientation.To deepen the construction of the rule of law in archives,we should improve the legal system of archives and optimize the framework of archive governance;Establishing the concept of diverse co-governance and shaping the pattern of archive co governance;Innovate the legal form of archives and integrate market economy elements.
