摘 要:我国乡村住宅低碳设计是“双碳”目标导向下减排固碳的重要一环。文章通过问卷调查、实地入户调研、文献查阅等方法分析了冀西北坝上地区乡村住宅热舒适性差、高能耗和高碳排放的现状。根据当地实际经济发展水平,结合现有的传统乡村住宅营建手段和建筑技术,从建筑设计和生态节能技术应用等方面来阐释冀西北坝上地区乡村住宅碳减排的设计方法,具体表现在优化平面布局、提高围护结构性能、优化能源结构三方面。通过研究地域性乡村住宅的低碳设计策略和技术体系,推动乡村住宅可持续发展,对实现绿色低碳乡村具有重大意义。Low-carbon design of rural residential buildings in China is an important part of emission reduction and carbon sequestration under the dual-carbon target orientation.This paper analyzes the current situation of poor thermal comfort,high energy consumption,and high carbon emissions in rural residential areas in Bashang area of Zhangjiakou in northwest Hebei Province through questionnaire surveys,on-site household surveys,and literature review.Based on the actual economic development in the local area,combined with the construction methods and building technologies of the existing traditional rural housing,this paper elaborates on the design methods for carbon reduction in rural housing in the cold region of Bashang area in northwest Hebei Province from the aspects of architectural design and ecological energy-saving technology application.Specifically,it manifests in three aspects:optimizing the plane layout,improving the performance of the enclosure structure,and optimizing the energy structure.By studying low-carbon design strategies and technological systems for regional rural housing,promoting sustainable development of rural housing is of great significance for achieving green and low-carbon rural areas.
