保障性住宅绿色设计研究——以白洋安置房四期为例

摘　　要：文章运用绿色建筑设计方法,以回归场地的视角,通过对复杂地形条件的分析,结合限额设计,从规划布局、景观营造、户型设计、绿色建材、装配式设计、公共配套6个方面,探讨了保障性住宅绿色设计实践。项目在满足土方平衡要求的同时,做到了合理化设计户型、精细化打造景观、应用节能建材、采用装配式设计施工等,达到了土地资源高效利用与社会经济效益最大化的平衡点,在夏热冬冷地区营造高品质的保障性住宅小区。From the perspective of returning to the site,the paper uses the green building design methods,and discusses the green design practices of affordable housing from six aspects of the planning layout,landscape creation,unit design,green building materials,prefabricated design,and public facilities by combining with the quota design.While meeting the earthwork balance,the project has rationalized the design of house types,refined the landscape,applied energy-saving building materials,and adopted assembly design and construction,etc.,which has achieved a balance between efficient land resource utilization and maximum social and economic benefits.It has created high-quality affordable residential communities in hot summer and cold winter areas.
