浙西地区城乡融合发展特征分析——以衢州市为例

摘　　要：城乡融合发展是推进新型城镇化的重要路径,客观评估城乡融合发展水平,是科学制定城市建设策略的重要依据。文章以衢州市各县区市为研究对象,从经济、社会、空间、人口和生态融合五个维度建构了城乡融合发展水平的评估框架,对衢州市城乡融合发展特征进行分析。研究发现:①衢州市城乡融合水平总体上呈逐年发展不断上升的趋势,生态维度与经济维度的城乡融合水平优于其他方面,生态融合成效最为明显;②城乡融合发展水平的区县比较方面,衢州市下辖各县市区之间的差异不大,柯城区和江山市的城乡融合水平略高于衢州市其他县市区;③从经济、社会、空间、人口和生态各个维度层面来看,各县市区存在较大差异。因此,要提高城乡融合发展水平,应有针对性地制定发展策略。Urban-rural integrated development is an important path for promoting new urbanization.Assessing the urban-rural integration level objectively is an important basis for scientifically formulating urban development strategies.Taking the counties and districts of Quzhou City as the research object,this paper constructed an evaluation framework for urban-rural integration level from five dimensions of economy,society,space,population,and ecology.The characteristics of urban-rural integration in Quzhou City were analyzed.It is found that:①the overall urban-rural integration level in Quzhou City has shown an upward trend of continuous development in recent years,and the urban-rural integration of ecology and economy is better than other aspects,with the most obvious ecological integration results.②In terms of the comparison of the comprehensive level of counties and districts,there is not much difference between the counties and districts under the jurisdiction of Quzhou City.The urban-rural integration level of Kecheng District and Jiangshan City is slightly higher than that of other counties and districts in Quzhou City.③From the perspective of economy,society,space,population,and ecology,there are significant differences among the counties and districts.Therefore,the targeted development strategies should be formulated to improve urban-rural integration.
