生态环境友好型生物医药产业空间规划策略研究——以佛山云东海生物港为例

摘  要:生物医药产业是新质生产力的典型代表,在新型工业化背景下已成为各地培育新动能的重要抓手。而园区(含城区)是当前生物医药产业发展的核心载体,在新时期逐步在更高价值功能、更专业化集群、更好品质环境等方面衍生新的空间需求,因此也有必要进一步探索与高质量发展相适应的主题式产业空间布局规律。文章针对当前生物医药产业空间理论研究滞后于规划建设,以及生态环境视角研究相对欠缺等问题,重点聚焦梳理生态型生物医药产业空间的典型案例,总结其在空间模式、功能配置及街区尺度等方面的特征,并以粤港澳大湾区的新兴生物医药园区——佛山云东海生物港规划设计为实例,在充分尊重自然山水本底的基础上,提出“串水引水,依山留林”的生态空间策略与“创新单元,融绿生长”的产业空间策略,以期为新时代生物医药产业空间的高端化、绿色化发展提供视角借鉴。The biomedical industry is a typical representative of the emerging productive forces and has become a crucial focus for cultivating new drivers of growth in various regions in the context of new industrialization.Parks(including urban areas)serve as the core carriers for the current development of the biomedical industry,which,in the new era,gradually evolves new spatial demands in terms of higher-value functions,more specialized clusters,and better quality environments.Therefore,it is essential to further explore the thematic industrial spatial layout patterns that align with high-quality development.In view of the issues in the current biomedical industry,such as the theoretical research lagged behind the construction practices,relatively lack of ecological environmental perspective,etc.,this paper primarily analyzes the typical cases of eco-friendly biomedical industrial spaces,and summarizes their characteristics in spatial patterns,functional configurations,and block scales.Taking the planning and design of Foshan Yundonghai Biomedical Port,an emerging biomedical park in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,as an example,on the basis of full respect for the natural landscape,this paper proposes an ecological space strategy of“connecting and introducing water,retaining forests along the mountains”and an industrial space strategy of“innovative units,integrating and surrounding greenery”.It aims to provide insights for the high-end and green development of biomedical industry spaces in the new era.
