摘　　要：文章以新塘站项目挡墙工程为例,研究了使用高大模板的挡墙结构专项施工方案。文章主要从模板支撑体系设计、模板施工工艺、作业架体系施工、混凝土浇筑等方面,深入阐明了高大模板在扶壁式挡墙工程中的应用和其特殊性。设计方案采用了盘扣式脚手架体系与木模板的组合,确保了支撑体系的安全性和经济性。此外,文章提出通过建立安全管理制度、实施支撑体系监测、采取环保文明施工措施、准备应急预案等手段,进一步完善施工方案。文章的研究成果可为类似工程提供指导,优化施工过程,提升工程质量。This paper takes the retaining wall project of Xintang Station as an example,and studies the special construction scheme for the retaining wall with large formwork.The paper elaborates in depth on the application and peculiarity of large formwork in the construction of buttressed retaining wall from several aspects,including the design of the formwork support system,formwork installation techniques,scaffolding construction,and concrete casting.The design scheme employs a combination of plug-in scaffold systems and wooden formwork,ensuring the safety and cost-effectiveness of the support system.Additionally,the paper proposes to further improve the construction scheme through establishing safety management system,implementing support system monitoring,adopting eco-friendly and orderly construction measures,and preparing emergency response plans.The findings of this paper offer guidance for similar projects,optimize the construction processes and improve the project quality.
