摘　　要：目前,广州市南沙区横沥岛尖的区域开发建设方式是由明珠湾管理局先行启动一级土地的开发建设,形成市政道路、防洪排涝等城市基础设施,后续的二级土地开发由获得土地的建设单位负责,前者为后者提供三通一平的基础条件。文章基于南沙区实际建设开发情况,分析了横沥岛尖建设开发时序和现状情况,考虑了当前发展条件,包括土地出让时序、工程建设要求、空间规划等因素,提出了三种沥青道路建设时序方案,为区域的建设开发提供参考,助力广东实现高质量发展。At present,the regional development and construction method of Hengli Island in Nansha District,Guangzhou City is initiated by the Pearl Bay Management Bureau to develop the first level land,forming urban infrastructure such as municipal roads and flood control and drainage.The subsequent second level land development is the responsibility of the construction unit that obtains the land,and the former provides the latter with the basic conditions of three connections and one leveling.Based on the actual construction situation in Nansha District,this paper analyzes the construction and development timing and the current conditions of Hengli Island in Nansha District,Guangzhou.Considering the current development conditions,including land transfer timing,engineering construction requirements,spatial planning,and other factors,three timing schemes for asphalt road construction are proposed,providing a reference for regional construction and development,and helping Guangdong achieve high-quality development.
