摘  要:受开挖尺寸的影响,大断面山岭隧道施工安全风险高、技术难度大,在施工过程中极易出现拱顶坍方等灾害,严重影响工程进度、质量和安全。文章以德阳市德中快速通道项目寨门口隧道为例,简析了大断面山岭隧道坍方机理,归纳了引起隧道坍方的常见因素类型,详细阐述了隧道坍方后的处置技术措施及工艺要求,警示类似山岭隧道项目在施工过程中应当严格按照施工规范及设计文件要求施工,严格控制施工的安全步距,加强隧道监控和测量,保障隧道施工安全和质量。Due to the effect of tunnel excavation size,the construction of large cross-section mountain tunnel has high construction safety risk and great technical difficulty,which may have diseases such as arch collapse in the process of construction,seriously affecting the progress,quality and safety of the project.Taking Zhaimenkou Tunnel of Deyang-Zhongjiang County Expressway project as an example,this paper analyzes the collapse mechanism of the large-section mountain tunnel,and sums up the types of the common factors causing the tunnel collapse,and expounds in detail the technical measures and technical requirements for the treatment of tunnel collapse.It warns that the similar mountain tunnel projects should carry out the construction strictly according to the construction specifications and the requirements of design documents,strictly control the construction safety step,strengthen the monitoring and measurement of the tunnel and guarantee the construction safety and quality of the tunnel.
