摘 要:为实现建筑运行节能降耗的目标,并在保证建筑内部环境舒适度的基础上减少对不可再生能源的消耗,文章基于实际工程案例,根据绿色发展理念的要求,分析了建筑给排水设计及采暖通风空调安装设计要点。在建筑给排水及采暖通风空调安装设计中,设计者要优先选择绿色环保材料,重视延长给排水管道的使用寿命,加强对可再生能源的利用,降低建筑运行过程中采暖通风空调系统的运行能耗。基于绿色发展理念进行建筑给排水设计及采暖通风空调设计,提升建筑物的节能性与环保性,推动建筑向绿色化的方向发展。In order to achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction in the operation of the building,and to reduce the consumption of non-renewable energy while ensuring the comfort of the internal environment of the building,this paper takes actual engineering cases as examples and analyzes the key design points for the installation of water supply and drainage,heating,ventilation,and air conditioning in the building according to the requirements of green development concept.In the design for the installation of water supply and drainage,heating,ventilation,and air conditioning in the building,the designers should first select the green and environment-friendly materials,attach importance to extending the service life of water supply and drainage pipelines,strengthen the utilization of renewable energy,and reduce the operating energy consumption of heating,ventilation,and air conditioning systems during the operation of the building.Based on the concept of green development,the design for the water supply and drainage,heating,ventilation,and air conditioning systems of the building is conducted to improve the energy conservation and environmental friendliness of the building and to promote the development of buildings toward green direction.
