高校基建项目安全管理因素分析及应对策略

摘　　要：随着我国高校基建项目数量不断增多,建设规模不断扩大,基建项目安全工作存在管理手段单一、危险源难辨识及高危交叉作业等情况,加之校园环境需求、高校学生性格和项目所处位置等方面的特殊性,要求高校基建项目安全管理工作应该明确新的工作思路,文章通过探索营造安全文化氛围、强化安全组织协调和落实安全具体责任等手段,使高校基建项目安全管理工作抓出成效、落实落地。With the continuously increasing infrastructure construction projects in the colleges and universities in our country,the construction scale has been expanding gradually.However,the safety work of the infrastructure construction projects has many problems,such as single management means,difficulty in the identification of hazard sources,high-risk cross-working,and so on.Coupled with the peculiarity of the campus environment needs,the characteristics of university students and the location of the project,etc.,it requires that the safety management work of the university infrastructure construction projects should be clear about the new work ideas.The paper explores the means of creating safety culture atmosphere,strengthening safety organization and coordination and implementing specific safety responsibilities,etc.,so as to make the safety management work of the university infrastructure construction projects be effective and implemented.
