摘 要:针对农业电机井等间歇性负荷所导致的用能高峰期配电台区重过载问题,考虑采取移动储能车(MESV)来满足农业用电需求,提出农忙电力赋能、农闲分布式储能的两阶段MESV预配置及动态调度策略。建立计及可时移特性的农业电机井负荷数学模型以及考虑供电时间约束的MESV模型;建立多阶段的MESV配置及调度模型,农忙电力赋能阶段以日供电综合成本最小为目标配置MESV容量,以供电完成时荷电状态一致性最高为目标对MESV供电路径进行优化;农闲分布式储能阶段以年净收益最大为目标对MESV参与多场景电力服务进行协同优化。结合吉林省某台区机井用电数据及39节点系统进行仿真,结果表明所提两阶段策略在满足负荷用电需求的前提下具备一定的经济效益。In order to solve the heavy overload problem of distribution station area during the peak period of energy consumption caused by the intermittent loads such as agricultural motor wells,the mobile energy storage vehicles(MESVs) is considered to meet the agricultural power consumption demand,and a two-stage MESV pre-configuration and dynamic scheduling strategy of power energization during busy farming and distributed energy storage during slack farming is proposed.The mathematical model of agricultural motor well load considering time-shifting characteristics and the MESV model considering power supply time constraints are established.A multi-stage MESV configuration and scheduling model is established.In the power energization stage during busy farming,the capacity of MESV is configured with the minimum daily comprehensive power supply cost as the objective.In the distributed energy storage stage during slack farming,the collaborative optimization of MESVs participating in multi-scenario power service is carried out with the maximum annual net income as the objective.The simulation is carried out by combining the power consumption data of agricultural motor wells in a distribution station area of Jilin Province and the 39-bus system,the results show that the proposed two-stage strategy has certain economic benefits under the premise of satisfying the load demand.
