摘 要:伺服驱动用变频调速系统在运行时的电磁干扰问题逐年增大,如何抑制其产生的干扰亟待解决。国际标准IEC 60384-14:2023电子设备用固定电容器第14部分:分规范 抑制电源电磁干扰用固定电容器于2023年正式发布,对安规电容的试验及性能提出了新的要求,尤其对伺服驱动用变频调速系统的应用有显著影响,结合产品发展情况和实际检测要求对标准进行了修订和更新。本文对IEC 60384-14:2023与前一版本IEC 60384-14:2013/AMD1:2016的差异进行对比,从几个重大技术变化切入对新老标准的差异进行解析,为相关生产企业和检测机构提供参考,并讨论该标准更新对伺服驱动用变频调速系统电磁干扰问题的影响。The problem of EMI in the operation of variable-frequency adjustable speed drive system for servo drive is increasing year by year,and it is urgent to solve the problem of the suppression of the interference generated.IEC 60384-14:2023 Fixed capacitors for use in electronic equipment-Part 14:Sectional specification-Fixed capacitors for electromagnetic interference suppression and connection to the supply mains was formally released in 2023,which puts forward new requirements on the tests and performances of safety capacitors,especially has remarkable impacts on its application in variable-frequency adjustable speed drive systemfor servodrive,and updates based on the current devel-opment of products and actual testing requirements.This paper compares the differences between IEC 60384-14:2023 and the previous version IEC 60384-14:2013/AMD1:2016,and analyses the old and new standards fromseveral major technical changes,providing reference for relevant manufacturers and testing institutions,also discusses the impact of this standard update on the problemof EMI in variable-frequency adjustable speed drive systemfor servodrive.
