数字校验技术在家电包装防错领域的研究应用

摘　　要：家电制造业逐步向小批量、多品种离散生产方式转型,同时在线生产的产品包装状态较多但差异性较小,造成作业人员包装箱装配错误,这种错误属于市场品质的零容忍错误。为了解决家电制造过程中的包装错误问题,本文研究了一种数字校验防错方法及其在冰箱生产中的应用,通过自动采集产品条码和包装箱二维码,进行内外销包装箱的订单BOM一致性校验和结果MES闭环管控,实现了包装箱的精准防错,保障了产品质量。Home appliance manufacturing industry gradually to small batch,multi-species discrete production mode transformation,while the online production of the product packaging state more but less different,resulting in the op-erator box assembly error,this error belongs to the market quality of zero tolerance error.In order to solve the problem of packaging errors in the manufacturing process of home appliances,this paper researches a digital calibration error-proofing method and its application in the production of refrigerators,which realizes accurate error-proofing of packag-ing boxes and guarantees product quality through automatic collection of product barcodes and two-dimensional codes of packaging boxes,order BOM consistency calibration of internal and external packaging boxes,and resultant MES closed-loop control.
