摘  要:针对外转子永磁电机(含EC、DC外转子永磁同步电机、直流无刷电机)装配过程磁力干扰问题和电机运转时轴承蠕变问题,本文分析了轴向磁拉力和单边磁拉力的作用,从实践角度提出了轴与轴承过盈配合的两类设计结构形态和相应装配工装及量产实现的工艺方法,对提高外转子永磁电机装配可靠性提供有益的思路。In order to address the issues of magnetic suction during the assembly process of external rotor permanent magnet motors(including EC,DC external rotor brushless DC motors,and permanent magnet synchronous motors)and bearing creep during motor operation,this paper analyzes the effects of axial magnetic pulling force and unilateral mag-netic pulling force.From a practical perspective,two types of design structural forms and corresponding assembly fix-tures for interference fit between shafts and bearings,as well as mass production implementation process methods,are proposed toprovide useful ideas for improving the assembly reliability of external rotor permanent magnet motors.
