摘 要:采用最高功率为30 W的红外激光打标机对聚丙烯复合材料进行打标测试,研究了聚丙烯复合材料配方中填充物滑石粉、玻纤、阻燃剂对材料激光打标效果的影响,以及不同的激光打标工艺下材料的打标效果。实验结果表明,填充滑石粉材料有助于材料更好的激光打标,而填充玻纤、阻燃剂材料则不利于材料激光打标。此外,激光能量越强,标记越深;激光填充间距越小,图案越细腻、密实;打标速度越快,颜色越浅。The laser marking test of polypropylene composite materials was carried out using an infrared laser mark-ing machine with a maximumpower of 30 W.The influence of fillers talcumpowder,glass fiber and flame retardant in the formula of polypropylene composite materials on the laser marking effect of the material was studied.And the laser marking effect of the material under different laser marking processes.The experimental results show that the material filled with talcumpowder helps the material to be better lasered,while the material filled with glass fiber and flame re-tardant is not conducive tothe lasering of the material.In addition,the stronger the laser energy,the deeper the mark;the smaller the laser filling spacing,the finer and denser the pattern;the faster the lasering speed,the lighter the color.
