摘 要:选取等规聚丙烯常规注塑样条在不同温度条件下进行退火处理,利用小角X射线散射、差示扫描量热法等考察了退火温度对聚丙烯长周期、片晶厚度、结晶度及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随退火温度升高,聚丙烯的长周期、片晶厚度及结晶度均增加,聚丙烯片晶结构在退火过程中逐渐完善。与未退火样条相比,退火后聚丙烯的力学性能得到明显提升,聚丙烯的长周期及片晶厚度均与弯曲模量、冲击强度及负荷变形温度呈现较好的线性关系。The isotactic polypropylene injection molded samples were annealed at different temperatures and the effects of annealing temperature on the long period,lamellar thickness,crystallinity and mechanical properties of polypropylene were investigated by small angle X-ray scattering and differential scanning calorimeter.The results show that the long period,lamellar thickness and crystallinity of polypropylene are increased with the increase of annealing temperature.The crystalline structure of polypropylene is gradually perfected during the annealing process.The mechanical properties of annealed polypropylene are significantly improved than those of the unannealed samples.The long period and lamellar thickness of polypropylene are linear with bending modulus,impact strength and heat deflection temperature.
