摘 要:以薄板结构为研究对象,基于Moldflow软件对短碳纤维增强塑料的注塑成型过程进行分析。以模具温度、熔体温度及保压压力为因素,最大翘曲变形量和最大体积收缩率为目标响应,利用BBD响应曲面设计对注塑工艺进行优化。结果表明:保压压力是对目标响应影响最显著的工艺参数;随着模具温度、熔体温度及保压压力的降低,最大翘曲变形量呈增大趋势;随着熔体温度升高和保压压力降低,保压结束后的最大体积收缩率呈增大趋势;最佳工艺组合为模具温度100℃,熔体温度280℃,保压压力100 MPa。The injection molding process of short carbon fiber reinforced plastics was analyzed with the sheet structure as the research object based on Moldflow.The mold temperature,melt temperature and holding pressure were taken as the factors and the maximum warpage deformation and maximum volume shrinkage as the target response to optimize the injection molding process by BBD of response surface methodology.The results show that the holding pressure is the most significantly process parameter affecting the target response.The maximum warpage deformation increases with the decrease of mold temperature,melt temperature and holding pressure.With the increase of melt temperature and the decrease of holding pressure,the maximum volume shrinkage rate is enhanced after packing.The optimum process parameter combination is that the mold temperature is 100℃,the melt temperature is 280℃,and the holding pressure is 100 MPa.
