摘  要:对生物质原料玉米秸秆进行热解,经快速冷凝最终得到秸秆焦油,通过蒸馏、萃取、氧化等工艺处理秸秆焦油,蒸馏过程中将秸秆焦油的轻重组分分离,重组分即为生物沥青。通过对生物沥青物理性能和沥青结合料路用性能的研究,验证和提高了生物沥青在道路工程领域应用的可行性和实用性。Biomass raw material of corn stalk was used to obtain stalk tar through thermal cracking and rapid condensation,which was treated through distillation,extraction and oxidation.In the distillation process,the heavy and light components of stalk tar were separated,and the heavy component obtained was bio-asphalt.The feasibility and practicability of bio-asphalt in road engineering were verified and improved by studying the physical properties of bio-asphalt and the road performance of asphalt binder.
