摘  要:介绍了光固化3D打印技术、数字雕塑建模软件以及光敏树脂的制备。使用硅改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物,添加增韧剂、引发剂制备的光敏树脂黏度低,经光固化3D打印可以得到韧性高、成型精度高的制品。聚己内酯二元醇二丙烯酸酯加入活性稀释剂、光引发剂、分散剂、不锈钢粉得到的光敏树脂与不锈钢粉混合的浆料,通过立体光刻技术光固化打印后可有效实现金属粉末的快速成型。将乙烯基聚硅氮烷与活性稀释剂混合加入光引发剂和自由基清除剂得到陶瓷前驱体混合溶液,进行光固化成型可以得到光敏树脂陶瓷,陶瓷层间结合紧密,成型效果好。The photo cured 3D printing technology and digital carving modeling software are introduced as well as the preparation of photosensitive resins.The photosensitive resin prepared by adding toughening agents and initiators to silicon modified polyurethane acrylate oligomers has low viscosity,which can be used by photo cured 3D printing to obtain products with high toughness and molding accuracy.The slurry of photosensitive resin and stainless steel powder obtained by adding reactive diluents,photoinitiators,dispersants,and stainless steel powder to poly(ε-caprolactone)diol diacrylate can effectively achieve rapid prototyping of metal powder after photocuring printing through stereolithography technology.A mixed solution of ceramic precursors is obtained by mixing vinyl polysilazane with reactive diluents and adding photoinitiators and free radical scavengers,which can be photo cured to obtain photosensitive resin ceramics with good interlayer bonding and molding effect.
