摘  要:综述了双向拉伸工艺及双向拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(BOPET)薄膜改性研究进展及其在包装设计中的应用。通过调整拉伸比可以改变聚合物的分子链排列和取向度,改善BOPET薄膜的力学性能。精确控制双向拉伸条件可显著提升薄膜强度、稳定性及透明度。双向拉伸能够提高共混薄膜的耐热性及阻隔性能。为适应国内BOPET行业的发展需求,还应进一步提高BOPET的质量,进而推进高端BOPET薄膜生产技术的进步。The research progress of biaxially oriented stretching technology and biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate(BOPET)film modification is reviewed as well as its application in packaging design.The molecular chain arrangement and orientation of BOPET can be changed to improve the mechanical properties of the polymer films by adjusting the stretching ratio.The strength,stability,and transparency of the film can be significantly improved by controlling the biaxially oriented stretching conditions accurately.Biaxially oriented stretching can improve the heat resistance and barrier properties of blended films.It is necessary to further improve the quality of BOPET and jointly promote the progress of high-end BOPET film production technology to meet the development needs of the domestic BOPET industry.
