摘　　要：为了有效评估上海市建筑废弃混凝土再生管理的诚信评价,解决各参与主体之间信任成本升高、信任缺失、参与主体诚信档案建立和诚信体系建设难的问题,文章采用区块链技术,利用熵权层次分析法对各参与主体的生产经营活动进行动态评价,同时结合各参与主体的企业资质评价,以获取准确的诚信评价结果。该方法不仅支持和推动与建筑业领域循环经济相关的主体的参与,还有助于形成政府主导、企业主体、行业自律和属地监管的建筑垃圾回收利用的常态长效机制。This paper adopts the characteristics of blockchain technology data consistency storage,diffi culty in tampering,and prevention of repudiation.At the same time,the entropy weight analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the production and operation activities of each participating entity for dynamic evaluation.Combined with the enterprise qualification evaluation of each participating entity,the integrity evaluation of each participating entity is obtained,in order to support and promote the participation of industry related entities in the development of circular economy in the construction industry,forming a government led,enterprise led A regular and long-term mechanism for the recycling and utilization of construction waste through industry self-discipline and territorial supervision.
