摘  要:本文就公路建设项目水土保持典型措施、水土保持监管实效路径、“双碳”背景下水土保持碳汇计量评估方面进行综述。新时期水土保持要采取多方联动、协同防治的方式,推动土地资源的可持续利用和生态环境的改善,并基于遥感采集技术与大数据综合分析,实现对水土保持工作的精准化和智能化监管,促进水土保持碳汇措施实时动态调整,构建完备的监测体系和保障制度。This article provides a review of typical measures for soil and water conservation,the effective path of soil and water conservation supervision,and the measurement and evaluation of soil and water conservation carbon sinks under the background of"dual carbon".In the new period,soil and water conservation adopts a multi-party linkage and collaborative prevention approach to promote the sustainable use of land resources and the improvement of the ecological environment.Based on the comprehensive analysis of remote sensing collection technology and big data,the precise and intelligent supervision of soil and water conservation work as well as real-time dynamic adjustment of soil and water conservation carbon sink measures are promoted.And a complete monitoring system and guarantee system is built.
