基于网络舆情分析的公共安全预警机制构建研究

摘　　要：目前,网络舆情与网络文化的安全问题是社会关注的焦点。信息技术的快速发展让网络空间成了信息传播和交流的主要平台,也逐渐成为舆论形成和文化影响的重要阵地,网络舆情的波动和网络文化的变迁会对社会稳定以及公共安全产生了明显的影响。因此,需对网络舆情及网络文化安全的预警技术进行研究。文中首先研究了网络舆情特点,然后分析了基于网络舆情分析的公共安全预警机制构建要点,最后探讨了基于网络舆情分析的公共安全预警机制管理体系的构成及功能。At present,the security issues of online public opinion and online culture are the focus of social attention.The rapid development of information technology has made cyberspace the main platform for information dissemination and communication,and gradually become an important battlefield for public opinion formation and cultural influence.The fluctuations of online public opinion and the changes in online culture will have a significant impact on social stability and public safety.Therefore,research is needed on early warning technologies for online public opinion and online cultural security.This paper first studied the characteristics of online public opinion,then analyzed the key points of constructing a public safety warning mechanism based on online public opinion analysis,and finally explored the composition and functions of the management system of the public safety warning mechanism based on online public opinion analysis.
