摘　　要：随着技术的进步,我国大力推行东数西算战略,以数据算法为核心生产力,提高经济的发展效率,转变经济发展形态。算法网络能通过先进的数据技术、互联网技术来实现智能网络融合发展,是一种新型的共享服务模式,能有效用于政府大数据治理、公共服务等场景。文中主要分析了面向算力承载的SPN关键技术,并分析了该技术的演进策略,以进一步发挥其优势,促进各行各业的信息协同,提高我国的经济发展效率。With the advancement of technology,China has vigorously promoted Eastern Digital and Western Computing,taking data algorithms as the core productivity,improving the efficiency of economic development and transforming the form of economic development.Algorithmic network can realize the integrated development of intelligent network through advanced data technology and Internet technology.It is a new type of shared service model,which can be effectively used in government big data governance,public services and other scenarios.This paper mainly analyzes the key technology of SPN for computing power bearing,and analyzes the evolution strategy of this technology to further exert its advantages,promote information coordination in all walks of life,and improve the efficiency of economic development in China.
