摘　　要：文中探讨了智能文档识别技术在事业单位档案分类整理中的应用实践,通过详细介绍技术原理、特点,并结合事业单位档案管理的现状与挑战,展示了该技术的部署和实际应用流程,评估了技术应用的效果。在此基础上,针对实践中遇到的问题提出了优化策略,旨在为事业单位提供更高效、准确的档案管理方案。This paper delves into the practical application of intelligent document recognition technology in the classification and organization of archives in public institutions.By detailing the technical principles and characteristics,and combining them with the current situation and challenges of archive management in public institutions,the deployment and practical application process of this technology are demonstrated,and the effectiveness of its application is evaluated.On this basis,optimization strategies were proposed for the problems encountered in practice,aiming to provide more efficient and accurate archive management solutions for public institutions.
