摘 要:当城市燃气改为天然气掺氢后,可以有效降低CO2的排放。这需要对居民家中的燃气灶进行必要的改造,尽量低的改造成本是实施天然气掺氢的关键问题之一。因此本文在20%-30%掺氢天然气条件下,研究天然气成品燃气灶结构所需要进行的改造措施。研究发现:燃气灶的引射器结构无需改造,需增大喷嘴直径以维持热负荷不变,火盖的大火孔直径由原2.6-2.7 mm减小至1.8-2.0 mm以保证燃烧稳定性,火孔热强度对掺氢灶燃烧性能有显著影响。在20%掺氢工况下,外环火孔热强度为(7.9-9.1)×10-3 kW·mm-2范围内,内环火孔热强度为(10.9-12.4)×10-3kW·mm-2范围内时,燃气可以稳定燃烧,热效率达到68.8%,烟气水平在150 ppm以内。在掺氢比为30%,外环和内环火孔热强度分别为9.06×10-3 kW·mm-2和12.4×10-3kW·mm-2且大火孔直径为1.8 mm时,获得最优燃烧性能:热效率达69.5%,烟气值77.9 ppm且热负荷偏差为0.25%。When natural gas is converted to hydrogen doping natural gas,CO2 emissions can be effectively reduced.This requires the necessary retrofitting of gas stoves in residential homes,and the lowest possible retrofitting cost is one of the key issues in the implementation of hydrogen doping natural gas.Therefore,this paper investigates the retrofit measures required for the structure of natural gas-finished gas stoves under 20%-30%hydrogen-doped natural gas conditions.It is found that:the pilot tube structure of the gas stove does not need to be modified,the diameter of the nozzle needs to be increased to maintain the heat load,the diameter of the burner hole of need to be reduced from the original 2.6-2.7 mm to 1.8-2.0 mm in order to ensure the stability of the combustion,and the heat intensity of burner hole has a significant impact on the combustion performance of the stove.Under the 20%hydrogen doping condition,the gas can be stably combusted with a thermal efficiency of 68.8%and a flue gas level of 150 ppm or less when the heat intensity of the outer ring of burner holes is within the range of(7.9-9.1)×10-3kW·mm-2 and that of the inner ring of burner holes is within the range of(10.9-12.4)×10-3 kW·mm-2.The optimal combustion performance was obtained at a hydrogen doping ratio of 30%,heat intensities of 9.06×10-3 kW·mm-2 and12.4×10-3 kW·mm-2 for the outer and inner ring flare holes,respectively,and the large burner hole diameter of 1.8 mm:a thermal efficiency of 69.5%,a flue gas value of 77.9 ppm and a heat load deviation of 0.25%.
