摘  要:为分析“海油观澜号”半潜浮式风电系统在中国南海台风期强波浪、高波陡条件下的浮体运动特性、甲板上浪现象和砰击载荷大小,采用模型试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,从现象观测和载荷计算角度解决极端水动力问题。结果表明:①对于环境载荷,一阶波浪载荷主要影响最大水平运动范围和垂向运动幅值,平均风载荷对运动极值影响较为显著;②对于上浪现象,区别于传统油气类平台迎浪侧易上浪的认识,半潜式风电平台的背浪侧上浪更加显著,容易出现绿水砰击现象,应避免在背浪侧立柱顶部布置设备;半潜式风电平台包含多个小直径立柱,易破碎波浪,试验中平台波高仪记录的上浪现象多为白水砰击,载荷量级有限,可以通过适度结构加强抵御;③采用修正后的近浮体波面公式,可以在数值模拟中准确复现上浪结果,并指导平台动力学优化。研究成果为恶劣海况下半潜式浮式风电基础运动、平台上浪设计提供了参考。The motion properties,green water loads,and slamming loads of a semi-submersible floating wind turbine(FOWT)“CNOOC Guanlan”were studied experimentally and numerically considering strong waves and high wave steepness under typhoon conditions in the South China Sea.A new hydrodynamic analysis procedure for such extreme conditions was proposed based on phenomenon observation and load calculation.Main results in the study reveal that the first-order wave loads mainly influence the horizontal and vertical motion ranges,while the mean wind loads influence the maximum motion limits.For the green water phenomenon,unlike conventional offshore oil and gas platforms where the part on the head wave side typically faces higher impact,this FOWT's column on the back wave side exhibited a higher probability of green water hitting.Consequently,equipment should be avoided on the column deck on the back wave side.Moreover,the semi-submersible FOWT consists of small bars which tend to break waves,which leads to primarily white water hitting observed in model tests,with slamming loads within manageable levels.Locally strengthening the floating structure is advised to handle these loads effectively.A three-parameter wave elevation formula was developed to accurately simulate the green water phenomenon and guide platform design improvements.These findings provide basic reference for floating platform motion and design regarding green water in extreme conditions.
