跨境电商赋能苏州纺织服装业数字化转型路径研究

摘　　要：文章基于苏州纺织服装业跨境电商的政策和发展现状,从企业数字化设计、数字化生产管理和产业数智生态的角度,调研分析了苏州纺织服装业智转数改情况。围绕数字化PLM经营管理、数字化转型的传导机制和供应链金融创新,对跨境电商赋能纺织服装企业数字化转型提出相关路径建议。Based on the policy and development status of Cross-border E-commerce in Suzhou textile and garment industry,this paper investigated and analyzed the intellectual transformation of Suzhou textile and garment industry from the perspective of enterprise digital design,digital production management and industrial digital and intelligence ecology.Focusing on the digital PLM operation and management,the transmission mechanism of digital transformation and the innovation of supply chain finance,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the digital transformation of textile and garment enterprises empowered by Cross-border E-commerce.
